A successful retail design agency, who specialise in integrating digital and print communication Design are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their HR and Finance team. The agency who work with some of the biggest names in retail, hold an established and exciting position within the market and the world of design.

What's the role?

The Finance Administrator will be working with the HR and Finance team to process and develop expenses, payroll and benefits for a team of around 100 people.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing of monthly expenses and personal finances
  • Working closely with HMRC, ensuring all process's are up to date
  • Produce the monthly payroll with an external payroll provider
  • Administration of the auto enrolment pension scheme
  • Preparation of fee proposals and programmes for clients
  • Administration of employee benefits
  • Covering of reception duties when needed
  • Induction of new starters

Who is their ideal candidate?

Their ideal candidate will have a knowledge of HR and Finance, previously working with Payroll and PAYE. You will have the ability to work with confidential information and have meticulous attention to detail. You will be a quick thinker, and a natural problem solver; being on hand to answer queries from different levels of staff.
Previous experience in financial processing and HR is essential, however so is a passion and interest for the creative industry.
