We are currently looking for an Office Manager to join Tomorrow on a 12-month maternity contract! We are a small team and keen to find a candidate who can keep the office running smoothly; whilst ensuring everyone is on track and happy.

What's the role?

This is a busy and extremely varied role, with each day bringing new challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Day to Day office Management
  • HR Management
  • IT assistance
  • Database Management
  • Management of suppliers
  • Management of facilities
  • Filtering of emails and phone calls
  • Occasional PA duties
  • Event Management
  • Financial administration, including expenses and petty cash

Who is our ideal candidate?

Our ideal candidate will have a strong office management background, ideally with a knowledge of recruitment. You will be enthusiastic, organised and driven; able to manage small, diverse teams. We pride ourselves on our service; so excellent organisation, verbal and communication skills are essential. You will be a PC wizz and have knowledge in Microsoft Office and Xero.
