Role Overview:

The company is currently seeking a talented Mid/Senior Creative to join their dynamic team. You will be instrumental in driving creative concepts and delivering exceptional design solutions for a diverse range of clients, with a primary focus on fashion, entertainment, and automotive brands. The role offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about cultural advancement and who thrives in a collaborative, problem-solving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the conceptualisation and execution of design projects across various mediums, including print, digital, and experiential platforms.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the creative vision is aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, continually seeking opportunities to innovate and elevate the agency's creative offerings.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Mid/Senior Creative within a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional conceptual, design skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Passion for culture, sports, and fashion, with a deep understanding of current trends and consumer preferences.
  • Positive attitude, adaptable mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts to team members and clients.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.
