This creative brand studio, based in Central London, who are renowned for creating ground breaking, dynamic work, are looking for an established and enigmatic Client Lead. In this pivotal, and senior role, you will take an overarching view on a key account, working across multiple divisions to ensure the timely and on-brief delivery of innovative work across multiple streams, whilst also leading on stakeholder relationships.


  • Managing and leading on a core account, working with international stakeholders to manage expectations, take complex briefs, build and nurture relationships and use your business acumen to develop potential opportunities for account growth
  • Whilst you will take an overarching view on the account, you'll equally mentor and inspire your team of Project Managers, collaborating with other agency divisions to ensure that all areas of a project are covered and that the client is continuously satisfied with the quality and diversity of work
  • You'll get stuck in to the creative delivery process, not afraid to get your hands dirty!
  • This agency are experiencing an exciting phrase of growth, and you'll invest your time and expertise in to supporting your peers, from proposal writing, advising on pitch strategy and then being hands on in the successful on-boarding of clients

Experience managing global accounts is pivotal to this role; you'll be familiar with the nuances and processes involved when dealing with multicultural clients and markets.
