This inspiring agency, with a huge presence in LA, and a growing offering in Europe, are looking to bring on board a mid-senior Creative Account Manager to work closely with the team here in London. Collaborating with your Associate Director, you'll take lead on client communications, know how to optimise relationships and best practice, whilst using your creative eye to fine tune, interrogate and develop creative briefs into full blown concepts and presentations!

This agency works across brand experience, partnering with some of the worlds most recognisable lifestyle brands to create impactful consumer engagement. Working in this agency, built on a model of thinkers, producers and creatives, you'll be ready to wear a few different hats!

Responsibilities;

  • Supporting the Director on the day to day management of client relationships and overseeing the delivery of projects from brief to invoicing
  • Collaborating with the Producer to ensure that you have a strong and up to date understanding of project logistics [production schedules, budgets, resource] so that you're able to update your client on this at any given time
  • You'll get stuck in from initial conversations, knowing how to depict your client's vision and convert it into a creative proposal; adding value to their thought process whilst being able to educate them on what's feasible and what's not
  • You'll be a competent AM, able to create, update and manage all project documentation, such as Keynote presentations, Google Slides, SOW's etc
  • By working closely with production, you'll be able to provide insightful wash ups/ post event analysis' to inform your client and help shape further opportunities for collaboration
  • Whilst you'll be heavily client facing, you'll support on production and be able to manage logistics for live events and retail installations - having a sound understanding of this area is highly advantageous - you'll be comfortable doing site visits with your client and act as the conduit between production and end client
  • You'll be happy to chip in wherever needed; supporting with resourcing and managing production staff, to supporting with adhoc marketing activity and new business ventures!
