This creative company, who partner with some of the world's most recognised luxury hospitality and retail brands, to design and create unique music and brand experiences are looking for an Account Manager to join their team.

In this role, your clients will be based in London, and you'll be happy to work remotely, visiting clients frequently and also with adhoc travel to the studio HQ in Herts. once a week [all travel costs are expensed!]

Working with this innovative team, you will be responsible for:

  • Client Relationships - ensuring that your clients are updated and guided through the delivery of work and aware of the process. You will know how to use your initiative to identify further opportunities of growth and act as a strategic partner to your client
  • Project Management - Alongside being client facing, you will take responsibility for the project management of creative projects, including managing budgets, creating project timelines and ensuring that various teams across the business are on schedule and fully briefed on the requirements of the client
  • Internal Communication - acting as a lynchpin between teams, both internal and external, ensuring that people are aware of the status of work and expectations of the clients
  • Due to the exotic location of some of your clients, you will be prepared to travel from time to time!

Skills required for this role:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in a similar creative environment, aware of the process involved in delivering work of multiple disciplines; ideally you will have a strong interest in music and creating unique brand experiences
  • As you will be working with premium clients, you will be well presented, able to troubleshoot and advise clients of all levels
