I am working with a creative agency based in South London. My client is looking for a Director of Graphics to run, inspire and drive the graphic side of their business. You will be part of a close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their careers in a team where everyone works creatively and collaboratively to shape their future together.

They are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful graphic design, brand strategy, as well as digital and interaction design projects within the Retail, Food and Beverage, Property Development, Hospitality and Transport sectors. This person must understand experiential design and how to craft an excellent customer experience.

You:

Are you a graphics and branding guru? My client already has a talented team but they have big aspirations for the next few years and feel that they need someone who has already cut their teeth and proved their creative credentials.

Describe yourself as a fearless leader? My client is looking for a person to both lead and build the graphic design capability within the agency. Someone that has developed teams and knows the challenges of keeping teams and clients happy.

Fancy working with brave clients that want to be challenged? Their mantra is about working with clients that dare to be different. That means rethinking the expected and imagining a reality that blows minds and boosts ideas into the stratosphere.

My client is ideally looking for someone who is at Director level already, however if you are a senior designer ready to take that next leap, then this could be your opportunity to step up.

Either way, this person must be able to inspire and manage the graphics team that will work across multiple projects at one time.

You'll have proven experience of working with blue chip companies as well as entrepreneurs and start-ups across all aspects of the graphic design life cycle including;

  • Taking client briefs and translating into project requirements
  • Facilitating and running both client and team meetings / workshops
  • Creating a strategic direction for the brand / experience (physical and/or digital)

If you are interested in this role and think you would be a great fit, please send your CV and Portfolio over to design@tomorrowlondon.co.uk
