We are currently working with a Leading Global Digital Agency, who are seeking a personable and dedicated Freelance Account Manager to join their highly innovative and passionate team to work across their varied brands from FMCG, Technology, Entertainment, Fintech and more. You will manage client relationships varying in scale, spotting opportunities to develop accounts and grow existing relationships to new heights! The projects are super varied, so it's essential you are adaptable, hands on and always up for a challenge as you could find yourself working on digital campaigns, animation, social content, UX, brand activation, web builds, CRM's, apps, data analysis and much more. Alongside building accounts, you will be managing a small client services team, and need to be able to nurture and get the best out of everyone.

Your Role:

  • Managing client and stakeholder relationships of all levels.
  • Spot opportunities to develop a client conversation into something tangible and meaningful.
  • Can turn your hand to a variety of lot of different types of projects, from digital campaigns, animation, social content, UX, brand activation, web builds, CRM's, apps, data analysis and much more.
  • Put together proposals, pitch and deliver.
  • Switch between working with creatives, talking to clients in a jargon free way, to technical and delivery teams to get things done and moves everyone forward.
  • Manage a small team, understand everyone is different.
  • Proactively consider how actions will affect clients; responding quickly to meet client's needs, resolves problems and avoid over-commitment.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 3-5 years minimum Account Management experience in a Digital Agency or Digital Advertising.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to build strong relationships across distinct stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills, always able to read the room.
  • Experience, working cross functionally with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, with specific focus and interest in native mobile, web, and emerging technologies.
  • Good Project Management skills.
  • Previous mentoring or management experience know how to get the best out of everyone.
