Our client, a fab boutique Creative Agency in Central London, are seeking a highly personable and dedicated Account Manager with experiential experience to join their close-knit passionate team to create revolutionary content! You will have the opportunity to work with a number of great brands within Entertainment, Beauty, Charity and much more on a range of exciting projects including Experiential Events, Social Content, Brand Installations, Strategy, Web Design, Emails, and Banner creation. This is an excellent opportunity if you enjoy being hands on and involved in all aspects of the process, as you will be running the end-end project management process as well as managing your own accounts. You will wear many different hats in this role, but your hard work will be truly valued and rewarded. There are excellent learning and progression opportunities here, and you really will get out what you put in!

Due to the small team nature, you'll be entrepreneurial in spirit and keen to spin a few plates! You'll be curious about the strategic process, and work with your peers to conduct research, pull key insights and help craft the strategy of a project, whether it be content, digital or live experience! Equally, you'll be humble and ready to roll up your sleeves, keen to learn about the operational aspects of an agency.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Working with your clients to shape creative briefs, scoping out logistics, budgets, timelines for deliverables through to mapping out workloads across the studio.
  • Maintaining existing and building new client and supplier relationships.
  • Quickly build rapport with your clients and help relay their feedback internally to the creative team.
  • Manage production and resource needs with external suppliers (build, tech, freelancers and more.)
  • Internal management of team's workload and timesheets.
  • Research and compile industry trends and conduct regular competitor analysis reports.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Account Management experience within a Creative Agency.
  • Good exposure to experiential, live events, social and digital processes.
  • Proficient in Excel, PPT and all Google Suite.
  • Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and internal team.
  • Proactive, positive attitude- always taking the initiative.
