- Working on one of the agencies core accounts, you'll lead on the strategic creation and delivery of integrated work, covering everything from social content, to CRM, radio, print, AV, digital and brand campaigns.
- You'll be a strategic leader to your client, establishing yourself as a go to on the account, sharing the overall responsibility of the account with the Business Director
- Working closely with your client, you'll develop a sound commercial understanding of their business, building a consultative relationship with key stakeholders, able to identify opportunities for growth
- Managing a team of AM's, you'll operate as your own 'mini-agency', motivating and inspiring, always ensuring that briefs are met and delivered within time and budget, to the highest of standards
- Acting as a true team player, you'll know how to lead by best practice, always delivering outstanding creative across TTL campaigns
