We are partnering with an integrated creative agency that are looking for a Mid/Senior Creative Art Director to join the team. This agency specialises in Fashion, social, content and video production.

This role is to partner a Copywriter already at the agency and to work as a creative team across a range of briefs across one of their largest international fashion retailer accounts.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You are a creative, curious and proactive Art Director with bundles of energy and creative curiosity, reporting into the Creative Directors.

You will have a passion for ideas in all shapes and sizes with experience across all channels, and the ability to generate ideas that truly work in the smallest retail space through to large scale OOH, digital and content, and everything in between - real through-the-line experience is what's needed here.

This is an exciting time for their client, as they are keen to shake things up, they want to be challenged creatively, and move more into the digital space.

You'll always be demonstrating big thinking and adding value with every project, answering the brief with simple, relevant and unexpected ideas, as well as adding to it at every opportunity with additional thoughts to surprise and delight our Clients.

You will be a creative chameleon able to put yourself in the consumers' shoes and realise the Agency's first person insights into big, engaging conceptual thinking.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Conceptual and innovative
  • Highly Creative yet strategic thinking
  • Strong presentation skills, internally and to clients where necessary
  • Multi-disciplined and be able to execute your ideas across any medium
  • Understanding of digital media environment and opportunities
  • Be able to visualise concepts through scamps or rough mock ups
  • Have an interest in fashion and lifestyle brands
  • Preferable to have decent hands-on design skills and ability to take concepts to next level visually
  • Experience in retail and fashion brands helpful but not a prerequisite
