Working on this core FMCG Masterbrand, you'll focus on establishing, shaping and evolving the brand architecture and DNA across a portfolio of sub-brands.
- As Business Director you'll be seen as the strategic and creative lead for all sub-brands, overseeing the teams development of global strategic and creative assets and their integrated, TTL execution
- Working closely with a partner agency, you'll ensure that all UK campaigns are adapted to local markets correctly
- As Global BD, you'll be viewed as the strategic equity lead for the Masterbrand, able to lead on strategic challenges under the brand matrix, and how these can impact wider campaigns such as product development
- You'll embed yourself within the brand, and be able to identify opportunities for new revenue within the portfolio of brands
- As BD, you'll be a brand guardian for your client, always elevating the brands presence within the UK, growing their level of influence within their category
- Internally, you'll nurture and mentor an award-winning client services team, investing in their progression and performance
