We're excited to be working with a leading shopper media business, who have deep roots in emerging tech and partner with leading FMCG brands who are currently looking for an experienced Insights Manager to join the team…

Responsibilities;

  • Reporting into the Insights Director, you'll also line manager a number of Exec's and be passionate about investing in their development and growth
  • You'll lead a team to create, track and analyse campaigns from initial testing through to analysis
  • Working heavily with the internal data portal, you'll upload and analyse big data, using it to create bespoke, best in class consultancy for a variety of clients
  • You'll develop and oversee new and emerging methodologies for evaluating media and performance, both in-store and online

Experience;

  • You'll need previous experience in a similar data analysis role at a management level, comfortable with interpreting complex data, experienced working with regression models and ideally, a strong working knowledge of the e-comm market
  • You'll have strong leadership and people skills, able to lead from the top, mentor and inspire
  • You'll need experience using programming tools such as Python and R
