We're working with a wicked digital comms agency with an excellent culture, great clients and a newly established project management team. They have an extremely positive working environment which encourages open conversation (and consequently has no grumbling or politics), everybody has everybody's back, and people are trusted to get on with their jobs rather than being micromanaged.

They're recently hired an excellent project director who is in the process of building a delivery team, and as a key part of that our first hire is a traffic manager to help keep the busy creative studio organised and supported.

What You'll Be Doing

This is the first time this agency has had a traffic manager, meaning you'll be involved in shaping the job in tandem with the project director. Your day to day will involve:

  • Managing capacity across the different teams
  • Trafficking work through and ensuring the agency is working effectively.
  • Day to day dispute resolution on how resource is being assigned.
  • Setting up projects in asana and keeping an eye out for potential pinch points.

Like all creative agency roles, you'll probably end up getting involved in a little more than this though, so be prepared to roll your sleeves up!

Who We're Looking For
s
We aren't necessarily looking for the finished product here. This is a relatively junior (to midweight) hire. If you've got a couple of years in a creative agency in a studio or project management function that is plenty. The core thing is we want somebody highly proactive, organised and, most importantly, willing to learn. Strong communications skills will be massively helpful for this job!

If you have worked as a traffic manager before this is advantageous, but is not a must have.

All the usual personality traits apply - we are after somebody who wants to roll their sleeves up and muck in with a tight knit, highly collaborative team.

If this sounds like the traffic management role for you then get in touch now at CS@tomorrowlondon.co.uk
If this isn't for you, take a look at the other jobs we've got live - no doubt there will be something of interest.
