Internally they are extremely collaborative, both within and between diverse teams which can span a range of time zones thanks to the agency's global presence.

They are currently spending 40% of their time in the office, one fixed, one flexible, though people are more than welcome to go in more if they prefer!

Thanks to growth and new client wins, we are now looking for a programme director to join the team and spearhead a programme of work.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a classic programme management role in a digital agency environment.

You'll be responsible for shaping a programme of work, with oversight of the client relationship and a team of producers and project managers delivering predominantly digital (web build, digital transformation and product / app design) project, along with some branding and comms.

You'll be working closely with the rest of the digital team (which includes designers, UXers and devs), along with the wider programme team which includes project managers and client partners.

Your day to day will include the usual project management skill set of scoping, budgeting, and scheduling technical/digital work along with managing the project through the delivery and production phase but with a more overarching focus - you will be more of a guiding hand with ownership of the programme as a whole rather than an in the weeds project manager.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with strong, proven experience managing complex, multifaceted programmes of work with a focus on digital products and platforms with an element of brand design and integrated comms. You'll be dealing with innovative clients and team members with very fluid deliverables so being highly adaptable is a must have on this one.

Being able to interface directly with senior client stakeholders to gather requirements and turn unknown needs into a defined task for the creative and technical teams is an absolute must have, as is the ability to deal with rapidly changing requests while still keeping a stead hand on tracking budgets and timelines.

A background in a digital design agency is the most obvious fit, but if you have experience managing a large folio of digital work then that's more than enough!
