|Salary:||£30000 - £37000 per annum|
We're working with a wicked digital comms agency with an excellent culture, great clients and a newly established project management team. They have an extremely positive working environment which encourages open conversation (and consequently has no grumbling or politics), everybody has everybody's back, and people are trusted to get on with their jobs rather than being micromanaged.
They're recently hired an excellent project director (somebody I've worked with extensively in the past and know first hand is a great manager and a nice person to work with) who is in the process of building a delivery team, and as a key part of that we are looking for several project managers to help keep the busy creative studio organised and supported.
What You'll Be Doing
This is the first time this agency has had a project management team meaning you'll be involved in shaping the job in tandem with the project director. Your day to day will involve:
The interesting thing with this one is that thanks to the open nature of the agency and this being a new role, you'll really be able to get great exposure to setting things up, creating process as well as running it, and being involved in a lot of different (and interesting) things.
Like all creative agency roles, you'll probably end up getting involved in a little more than this though, so be prepared to roll your sleeves up!
Who We're Looking For
We aren't necessarily looking for the finished product here. This is a relatively junior (to midweight) hire. If you've got a couple of years in a creative agency in a studio or project management function that is plenty. The core thing is we want somebody highly proactive, organised and, most importantly, willing to learn. Strong communications skills will be massively helpful for this job!
All the usual personality traits apply - we are after somebody who wants to roll their sleeves up and muck in with a tight knit, highly collaborative team.
