This brilliant boutique creative agency and production house deliver campaigns and production across film, animation and photography for a great range of clients. They're highly creative, a tight-knit, team of 13 with a real family vibe about them.

As they are extremely busy, we're looking to add a new producer to their team! I actually placed another producer their towards the end of last year and she has confirmed that it's a really nice, supportive and organised place to work.

What You'll Be Doing

It's a relatively straightforward producer role! You'll be working closely with your clients and the rest of the team internally to deliver campaigns and content spanning with a focus on 3D, animation and motion projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ownership over the logistics and production of a project, including budgeting, scheduling, briefing in the required skill sets and overseeing through the production phases.
• Working with your client and the creative team in the concepting phase, helping the creatives realise their vision and supporting the client throughout.
• Working with external suppliers to ensure the timely, cost effective and high quality delivery of work spanning creative campaigns and content.
• Booking talent and freelancers to support with the delivery of the projects.

Like all creative agency roles, you'll probably end up getting involved in a little more than this though, so be prepared to roll your sleeves up!

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have worked in a production house previously, though any sort of creative agency experience is definitely relevant if you've delivered production of digital and motion assets. You'll have a strong understanding of the production process from concepting, planning and budgeting, and experience working with digital designers and animators. While you will often be working collaboratively, we do need somebody who is capable of running their own projects.

All the usual personality traits apply - we are after somebody who wants to roll their sleeves up and muck in with a tight knit, highly collaborative team.
