We are teamed with a global British heritage automotive brand looking to add a Program Manager to to join their newly formed Creative lab.

They will be responsible for overall project timelines with a high-quality output to deliver a clear and consistent brand experience. This is a great opportunity to join a value and brand led company committed to transforming themselves into a complete experiential brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Business Team to create an overall project plan helping facilitate the definition of goals, tasks, and resource requirements for any given projects
  • Gain a sophisticated understanding of the associated business processes to ensure on time executions of projects
  • Resolve or assist in any conflicts arising within and between different projects and functional areas
  • Regularly interact with stakeholders to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving the delivery of projects
  • Work with an implementation partner to plan and initiate the development cycle and ensure the implementation is in line with product capabilities
  • Be the one stop solution for all queries related to the project process, handle escalations and ensure closures

The ideal candidate shall bring with them a wealth of experience to help create an agency-style department. They shall be comfortable working in a dynamic organisation with a start-up environment and be highly involved with multiple stakeholders. A strong analytical skill set with a problem solving mindset driven by providing solutions is required, along with a strong history working in similar domains with readily transferable skills.
