Marketing Specialist role for motorcycle manufacturing company

We are lucky to be working alongside an established British heritage automotive (motorcycling) brand seeking to add a Marketing Specialist to their growing team. You will be driving the execution of online, offline, experiential, PR and direct marketing to achieve the targeted increase in brand reach. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a value and brand led company with the aim of transforming themselves into a complete experiential brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch the targeted marketing programs and ensure smooth execution to achieve expanded brand reach
• Directly manage business and consumer metrics against each planned activation inline with the organisational framework of impact measurement
• Create briefs for various marketing initiatives and campaigns collaboratively with different teams both internally and externally
• Design marketing programmes outside of the remit of traditional automotive practices to enhance brand reach
• Establish a process for tracking and maintaining campaign milestones in order to provide pre and post campaign reporting analysis
• Support new product launches and business initiatives when required

The client needs someone who has worked for an automotive company, with a comprehensive understanding of marketing, including brand positioning backed up by an established history working in agencies. They shall have keen problem solving skills with an ability to prioritise tasks in a high pressured environment.
