We are working alongside one of the top creative agencies, considered by many to be amongst the top creative agencies to work for in the world. They are seeking to bring on board two Client Managers - to work on projects for a luxury jewellery brand or for a highly-established global beverage brand. This shall entail being responsible for the day-to-day running of projects whilst building exemplary client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be a fundamental point of contact within the agency for clients across a number of projects whilst converting influential relationships into meaningful ones.
• Manage client expectations through an on-going dialogue whilst being responsive to their needs and requests, but being able to balance this against the needs of the agency
• Manage the delivery of design projects ensuring work is completed to the highest standard
• Lead the day-to-day project deliverables from initial briefing through the artwork process, recognising when to elevate any issues or challenges
• Develop and maintain project timelines and proposals which are realistic and effectively meet client needs
• Work closely alongside production teams in delivery of artwork and guidelines
• Proactively generate ideas to inspire members of the wider team

The ideal candidates shall offer a clear understanding of the design industry, whilst having a willingness to continue learning from all around them. They shall be well informed and reliable, able to foresee any problems and offer valuable solutions. A clear background working within digital or with an integrated background being a large bonus. If you have experience with packaging, working with luxury clients or demonstrable history working with alcohol brands this ones for you!
