We are delighted to be working alongside an industry leading global branding agency who generate transformative approaches for brands to help with moving organisations forward. They would like to add a multi-disciplinary Senior Designer, to manage their own projects delivering exceptional creative ideas inline with strategic thinking. Key Responsibilities:

• Play an active role in the client team to drive work from conception through to delivery on multiple workstreams
• Give constructive direction and guidance to the designers working on your team
• Partner with and guide the clients design team
• Have a strong understanding of strategy and use insights to guide the design process
• Exemplify commercial awareness by highlighting any concerns and propose solutions
• Convincingly deliver influential ideas when presenting work to multiple stakeholders
• Take part in and lead initiatives both internally and with outside partners

The ideal candidate shall be experienced in leading the design process across multiple workstreams and have fundamental understanding of branding. This shall be backed up by a clear working history being part of a team who have developed and crafted real brand experiences before. You too must be comfortable working in deadline orientated environments, able to develop concepts with a clear vision whilst being articulate and persuasive.
