They would like to add a Midweight Designer with a stand-out talent for design to generate compelling ideas while developing and honing their skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Be an active member of the design team, lending support to senior members from idea conception to execution
• Establish a clear creative rational for design ideas
• Identify new trends and inspirations in the industry
• Design and manage internal production events and use them as a chance to demonstrate your creativity
• Present your work in a confident manner to a variety of audiences
• Partner with client design teams

The ideal candidate shall have an established history of working in a commercial setting and be comfortable with meeting tight deadlines. They will competently generate refreshing ideas in line with the design process, whilst being eager to accept new challenges and being open to feedback to fully help champion your craft.
