We are delighted to be working with a global full-service agency who have a proven record in innovative and on trend creative material. They would like to add a Studio Coordinator to their team to assist with and provide administrative support. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company focused upon delivering signature creative products, avoiding formulaic design patterns to establish themselves as the industry standard for trend-forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries and offer additional support for the Founders
  • Ensure the studio is maintained to high standards to foster the best working environment for the wider team
  • Work collaboratively with project leads to support the management of client assets
  • File company and creative resources in a logical and streamlined manner to ensure easy accessibility
  • Bringing suggestions to the SMT on how to improve and innovate within all areas of responsibility as listed above, always seeking continuous improvement in all areas
  • Arrange meetings and any travel requirements for the senior management teams.

Their ideal candidate shall have a demonstrable experience in previous admin roles which they can draw upon. They will be highly organised, detail orientated with the ability to form exemplary working relations with clients and the team alike. As well as this they must exhibit excellent communication skills as this is vital for the summarising and sharing information succinctly, whilst being able to prepare reports and presentations.
