We are lucky to be teamed with a London based creative agency who help brands engage more meaningfully with their customers by enhancing their means of communication. They are seeking to add a new Account Director to their team to help maintain a key account with a leading UK retailer and lead client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to enter at a senior level into an expanding agency that fosters a supportive and down-to-earth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain first class relations and actively seek new client relations to enhance the agency
• Oversee projects closely ensuring that clients receive regular updates on delivery
• Devise innovative creative briefs to keep pushing the company in a progressive direction that sets them apart from competitors
• Actively engage in account feedback to help keep the company relevant in understanding client expectations
• Negotiate the scope of work and from this prepare estimates and timelines

Their ideal candidate shall be one which exhibits enthusiasm for all tasks and seeks to inspire those around them. They shall always be thorough and as efficient as possible in their approach, especially when nearing the delivery of projects. They shall possess sophisticated communications skills in order to guarantee the highest quality of service for all clients, which is essential for the businesses progression.
