We are working alongside a heritage beauty brand, who are aiming to make a positive impact in the industry by encouraging the use of the best natural resources and ingredients. They are seeking to add a Midweight Designer to their in-house creative team to help visualise the future direction of the brand. This is sublime opportunity to link up with a truly progressive company seeking to leave the world in a better state than they found it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create distinctive designs that channels the creative direction of the brand
• Encourage global relevance by incorporating other cultures into your design work to increase outreach
• Work excellently alongside your colleagues across all teams to ensure the synergy of all design due to the varied nature of the briefs
• Ensure you stay up-to-date with market trends and communicate this effectively to design teams
• Be conscious of the customer experience and how meaningful communication can contribute to a superior customer experience
• Give constructive direction and guidance to the designers working on your team

Their ideal candidate shall exhibit a strong background in the design sector working for retail brands, being capable of delivering in fast paced creative environments. They shall demonstrate exemplary interpersonal skills allowing for concise communication amongst the team and clients a like. A complete knowledge of Adobe Suite is required.
