We are partnering with an independent branding and design studio based across London, New York, LA, Shanghai and Singapore, who produce work for some true household names. They are searching for a new Creative Director capable of pushing their work onto the next level. This a tremendous chance to join up with a team seeking to break away from homogeneous design and create distinct and relevant design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine the overall direction of all assigned work
• Oversee work being produced helping to ensure it remains at the highest expected standards, on budget and time
• Collaborate closely with clients and maintain exemplary relations
• Work with Strategy Directors to help guarantee all work is being produced off the best creative foundations
• Take the lead on creative pitches
• Help nurture the creative team to allow them to develop and grow in their fields

The ideal candidate shall have strong demonstrable past in leading creative teams and delivering award-winning design work. Naturally, sophisticated communication skills are essential to this role to help the teams run as cohesively as possible, always allowing for the best delivery of work on time and budget. They shall be masters of working to demanding deadlines on multiple projects at once, whilst always assessing for any problems that may be encountered and be able to offer solutions.
