We are partnering with a luxury womenswear brand, with a strong international presence and a well-established customer base. They are seeking a new Midweight Graphic Designer to help influence and guide the brands aesthetic direction. This is a fantastic chance to join up with company who have made it their mission to help women realise their ambitions and empower them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become an integral member of the design team, being actively involved in all stages of projects
  • Provide a wealth of new creative insight and inspirations to help drive the growth of the business creative direction
  • Be able to present your creative rationale in an efficient and clear manner back to your seniors
  • Devise comprehensive brand guidelines and collaborate with client internal design teams to ensure cohesive design
  • Always maintain consistent high standards across all work produced, whilst being eager to learn at all times
  • Mentor and nurture juniors in the team to help them become the best possible creatives they can be

Their ideal candidate shall be able to demonstrate previous experience producing work in multi-media design environments. Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite are essential, as well as experience producing digital assets in Sketch or Figma. They shall be comfortable working in fast paced, frenzied environments always capable of meeting their targets and always remains organised. Sophisticated communication skills are essential to maintain cohesion amongst all teams in the business, as this is a highly collaborative role.
