We are collaborating with a creative design company who specialise in packaging for wine, beer and spirits. They are on the hunt for a new Mid-Senior Client Services Manager to start asap on Maternity cover, however there is a good chance for this to go permanent. This is a fantastic chance to join up with a company with offices across London, New York and San Francisco, who have established themselves as industry leaders in their field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure clients receive requested products/services in a timely fashion
• Make sure client needs are properly realised by Studio Principal
• Maintain exemplary client relations and project management
• Analyse and devise client briefs to succinctly create effective internal briefs
• Forecast and track client account project time lines and metrics
• Keep accurate records of all client comms and relay all requests to design teams when necessary

The ideal candidate shall have a strong demonstrable background working in account and project management and given the client facing nature of this role sophisticated communication skills are essential. As well as this, an in-depth understanding of packaging and print would be highly desirable - or else understanding of the production and project management of physical products with transferable skills.
