They are seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to help lead business growth across multiple sectors across, facilitating long-term relationships with new and existing clients. This is an exceptional opportunity to join an agency set out to equip their people with the knowledge and confidence to deliver the best work of their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for long-term relationship development and growth into other areas within a business
• Establish yourself as the main escalation point for clients when needed
• Manage client expectations through to delivery
• Actively try to find new business opportunities
• Offer insight on how to resolve any issues encountered by teams and clients
• Maintain high standards in the business by ensuring teams follow the correct protocols before anything is sent to clients

The ideal candidate will be experienced in leading global brand transformations and fostering first-class client relations. They shall have prior responsibility of line management and helping more junior members in the team to develop their skills and progress, whilst being adept at leading meetings.
