We are privileged to be working alongside one of the most respected design and advertising agencies in London who have helped create and evolve the brand identity for multiple market leading companies. Their newly formed CE team are on the hunt for a new Associate Creative Director who is a big thinker and able to steer projects to keep them on course for commercial success. This is an amazing opportunity to join a progressive and pioneering design team who only strive for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guarantee the long-term creative vision of the company
• Work on and oversee creative across all CE accounts and push the CE creative product
• Become indispensable to clients becoming their main point of contact for any creative queries
• Identify any potential new avenues for business whilst maintaining current client projects are produced to the highest standards
• Align strategy and design whilst giving clear direction to the creative teams to ensure everyone is operating to their full potential

Their ideal candidate shall be a CE specialist understanding all aspects of CE marketing, including aspects of customer journeys. They will be fully adept at working in fast paced environments, always producing exemplary work to what can be demanding deadlines. Sophisticated communication skills are essential to guarantee clear and cohesive comms across teams, whilst also being necessary for comfortably presenting internally and to clients. As well as this, they shall be an approachable and friendly individual, with a can-do attitude while always being happy to muck-in.
