We are currently working with an in-house, entertainment and games company who is the team behind 2 brands with venues based in the UK, US, and Australia. Working in London as the Dressing and Production Project Manager, you'll predominantly be based within the studio and working within a social and team orientated environment, you'll receive staff discounts of up to 50%, private health care, life insurance and discretionary bonuses.
What you are doing:
- Working closely with the Head of Dressing and Production the ensure budgets and resources are managed accordingly for each project
- Liaise with the logistics team, ongoing suppliers, interior artists, and other relevant stakeholders with the focus of maintaining and building positive relationships
- Ensure that the budget and timescale targets are met with expectations managed accordingly and providing consistent updates.
- Working alongside the Facilities and Operations manager that existing venues are maintained through upgrades or replacements items
- Ensure that the dressing and production processes are recorded properly to be used as future training and reference purposes
- Involvement with interior plans and designs whilst working with the production and suppliers to produce large pieces and signages
What are we are looking for:
- Experience working within a similar environment with an understanding of processes of a creative studio, such as theatre, event production or retail design.
- An organised individual with written, verbal, and numerical communications to interact with various stakeholders, internal and external, whilst simultaneously working on numerous projects
- Adaptable with the ability to cohesively work as team player, whilst line managing junior members of the team
- A working skillset of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and Sketchup are a desirable addition
