Exciting Opportunity for a Creative Experience Strategist!

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for creating exceptional brand experiences? We are currently working with an award-winning retail and experiential agency who are seeking an experienced Creative Experience Strategist to join the team.

In this pivotal role, you will work alongside their talented team, leading research and insight-building initiatives for prestigious retail and experiential clients. Collaborating closely with their Strategy Director, you will analyse findings and propose strategic implications that drive innovation and success for their brand partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Spearhead research and insights gathering to inform strategic recommendations

- Analyse data and translate findings into actionable strategies

- Develop compelling customer journeys, experience briefs, and strategic POVs

- Facilitate engaging workshops with clients and internal teams

- Partner with designers and creatives to craft exceptional brand experiences

- Communicate strategies effectively, enabling clients to visualise the benefits

Your Profile:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail and brand experience strategy with a background working with client within the lifestyle, sports and luxury sectors - retail & entertainment

- Solid track record in strategic deliverables to include customer journeys, archetypes, experience briefs, strategic POVs, workshops and translating those into solid creative strategy.

- Proficiency in design research methodologies and processes

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial approach

- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining uncharted spaces
