We are partnering with a Branding and Design Agency based in Central London. They are looking for a Mid/Senior Designer to join their team and to play a pivotal role in delivering creative excellence.

This agency specialises in delivering impactful design solutions that drive progress and create positive outcomes for businesses. With a team of over 95 professionals across London, Manchester, Mumbai, and New York, they offer a global perspective and diverse expertise.

Their focus extends beyond mere aesthetics; they believe in the power of design as a process, one that generates ideas and applies them purposefully to create valuable outcomes.

This agency is looking for a creative individual to join their busy studio, contributing to concept creation, design development, and implementation.

As a key member of the team, you will :

• Collaborate with creative, client service, and production teams to deliver high-quality work exceeding client expectations.
• Understand client briefs and objectives, generating impactful creative solutions and presenting them with energy and conviction.
• Lead projects, provide direction to junior team members, and ensure the successful delivery of creative ideas.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, articulate creative thinking, and respond effectively to feedback.
• Maintain quality and file management systems, liaise with managers, and ensure efficient project allocation.
• Support the creative team, mentor junior members, and contribute to the agency's success through collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
