About the role:

We are seeking a talented Senior UI Designer to join their creative team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces for their digital products. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, contribute to the evolution of our brand, and push the boundaries of UI design. Reporting into head of product, this is a great opportunity to grow into a lead position and mentor juniors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the UI design process from concept to execution, ensuring consistency and excellence in design across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Understand user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, iterating based off this data.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI design, advocating for innovative design solutions and being an evangelist for these decisions.

About You:

• A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise, ideally with Fintech based projects showcased.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite & Figma.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions with senior stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Experience working in an agile team, meeting deadlines and mentoring more junior members of the design team.
