I am exclusively partnering with the incredible client Cosprop, a world leading costumier within TV, Film and Theatre, who are looking for an Operations Director to help leading all aspects of their business.

What's the role?

Working with the senior management team, including Oscar winner John Bright, this role is to find a strong leader who can help maintain the established and respected profile of the business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Costing and tracking of thousands of bespoke garments
- Strategic planning and implementation of new process's
- Client Liaison
- HR and people management, managing a team of managers
- financial support for the finance manager and book keeper

Who is their ideal candidate?

This role is for someone who knows this industry well! You will ideally have a track record of managing creatives, and a knowledge of the bespoke garment industry, ideally within film/TV.

You will have proven experience running a company, and ideally have HR experience.
